Multimedia Storytelling

I am grateful to have supported communications objectives for various organizations such as Little League International, Allen University and the Center for Stuttering Therapy at Boston University. In numerous specialized roles, I have engaged diverse audiences and crafted messages calling key stakeholders to action by publishing digital and social media content, writing website stories, supporting integrated marketing campaigns, and conducting research and interviews.

Digital Media & Video
ESPN PR
While directing a team of content strategists for the 2022 Sports PR Summit in Manhattan, I wrote the narrative for the voice-over for the videos below.
Published by ESPN's PR accounts, the videos highlight longtime Vice President Rosa Gatti – the 2022 Sports PR Summit's Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient – for career excellence in corporate communications, philanthropy, and civic outreach.
Little League International
While working for Little League, I published highlights from baseball and softball games to Little League's website. Some of the clips I published included:
Coach's Pep Talk Pays Off
Hawaii Little Leaguer hits a home run during West Regionals after Coach Gerald Oda's pep talk.
Home Run Gives Japan The Lead
Japan batter hits a home run against Nicaragua to put his team ahead at Little League World Series.
Bellinger's Perfect Throw Turns Two
Iowa left fielder throws Utah runner out at home for inning-ending double play at Little League World Series.
Baseball Hall of Fame & Museum
One of the highlights of my master's program at Syracuse was producing this multimedia storytelling project on Adobe Premiere.
I traveled to Cooperstown, New York for an interview with the Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum's director of communications, capturing the Hall's mission to preserve history, honor excellence and connect generations.
Graphic Design & Web Layout
Boston University Center for Stuttering Therapy
Previously, I increased speech therapy clients by 115% while creating an updated website for the Center for Stuttering Therapy (CST) at Boston University’s Sargent College of Health & Rehabilitation Sciences.
Specifically, I created and maintained CST web pages to highlight the Center’s holistic approach, outline clinical resources, proactively answer FAQs, and spotlight clients’ experiences.
Likewise, I crafted fundraising pages and web stories to promote legislative advancements in healthcare access for people with communications disorders and position the university as a national leader in stuttering research.

UofSC College of Information & Communications
As an advancement communications writer for the University of South Carolina’s College of Information and Communications (CIC), I worked with CIC faculty and its development team to maintain strategic relationships with donors and alumni.
Our collaborations produced the CIC alumni magazine, published digitally and mailed directly to major donors.

My contributions included assisting in publication design and layout, writing short-form content, and writing a two-page spread and UofSC web story illustrating faculty support for students' career goals.

Utilizing my research, interviewing, AP Style writing and Adobe InDesign skills, I promoted alumni achievements, academic advancement, faculty awards and the CIC’s research activities.
Syracuse University PR Master's Program
During my summer semester, I created this hockey magazine cover using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign in my graphic design course.
For my design, I focused on typography, space, shape, color and lines to establish visual hierarchy and guide the viewer across the page.
